Tucked into a resort near Davenport, this house was clearly designed with families in mind – and not just the grown-ups. A Disney Cruise-themed bedroom and a Harry Potter bunk room keep younger guests delighted, while a game room stocked with arcade games and air hockey means nobody's bored on a rest day. Outside, the screened pool and spa back onto open space with no rear neighbours, making the deck a peaceful spot come sunset. Walt Disney World, Epcot, and Disney's Animal Kingdom are all within a thirty-minute drive, so the magic is close without being on your doorstep.

Home truths
Scheduled renovations at the resort begin in September 2026, affecting the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and bar until around 14th December 2026. Your private pool and spa at the villa are completely unaffected, and the clubhouse, fitness centre, and sports courts remain open during this period.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
If you're travelling with a baby, your host provides a Pack 'n Play and high chair at no extra cost – just let them know in advance.
You'll have free driveway parking for up to two cars. If you're arriving with more vehicles, additional spaces are available in designated bays nearby – just make sure to follow the resort's parking guidelines, as non-compliant vehicles may be towed.
