A southwest-facing pool and spillover spa, screened lanai, and alfresco dining area make the outdoors the natural heart of this Davenport house – and with the main bedroom opening directly onto the pool, it never feels far away. Inside, a games room with ping-pong and table football keeps groups busy, while two separate living areas give everyone room to spread out. Walt Disney World is around fifteen to twenty minutes away, with Disney's Animal Kingdom and a major sports complex also within easy reach – making this a well-placed base for a busy Florida trip.

For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
If you're travelling with little ones, a highchair and travel cot are already included – no need to request or hire them separately. Your host can also point you towards babysitter recommendations if needed.
You'll have access to the on-site communal pool, waterslide, lazy river, clubhouse, gym, and tennis courts here. They're shared with the resort's other residents.
You'll have two driveway spaces for free. If you're arriving with more than two cars, additional parking is available in designated overflow bays – vehicles left in unapproved spots can be towed by the resort community.
