A large lakeside house in a gated resort in Davenport, built to keep families of all ages entertained without anyone having to compromise. The south-facing screened pool and covered lanai look out over the lagoon, making alfresco dining feel unhurried. Inside, there's a movie room with a projector screen, an NBA-themed game room with pool table and table football, and two kids' bedrooms dressed up as Disney and Super Mario worlds – a bunk bed and trundle included.

Home truths
If you're planning to visit in autumn 2026, be aware that the resort's Lazy River will be closed for around six weeks from 7th September 2026, and the main resort pool is expected to be closed for approximately nine weeks from the same date. All other resort amenities should remain open.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
Bedroom six has a single-over-double bunk bed plus a single pull-out trundle bed, sleeping up to four people in total. We think this room works best for children.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair at no additional cost. You'll need to request them in advance.
The game room is in a converted garage with no air conditioning, so it can get hot – something to factor in if you're visiting in summer or planning long sessions in there.
You'll have five parking spaces in total – two on the driveway and three in marked bays on the road.
