Built with families in mind, this Davenport house delivers the full Florida holiday experience without leaving the driveway. A screened private pool and elevated hot tub sit at the heart of things – with a covered lanai for shade and sun loungers for those in between moments. Inside, there's a home movie room with cinema-style seating, a full-size pool table, and two separate living areas, so groups of all ages have room to breathe. Walt Disney World's four parks are within a twenty-minute drive, and Universal Studios and SeaWorld within thirty minutes.

Home truths
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a highchair and a travel cot free of charge. You'll need to request them in advance.
Driveway parking fits two cars. If you're arriving with a third vehicle, you'll need to use a designated community spot – parking outside those areas risks a tow.
