Perched above Piazza Farnese on the fourth floor of a historic building, this apartment puts one of Rome's most elegant squares directly beneath your feet – and there's a rooftop terrace from which you can watch the city glow at both sunrise and sunset. Piazza Navona is around seven minutes on foot, the Pantheon's a ten-minute walk, and Trastevere's cobbled lanes and trattorias are a twenty-minute stroll. Note that there is no lift in the building, but for this address – steps from Campo de' Fiori and deep in the old city – we think it's a fair trade.

About Campo de' Fiori

The pleasures to be found in the Campo de' Fiori - the name translates as Field of Flowers - are multiple in their simplicity. The square is watched over by the brooding figure of Giordano Bruno, who was executed for heresy on this spot in 1600. Today he oversees a bustling market selling fruit, vegetables, cheese, Puglian pottery, pasta of varying quality and, of course, flowers, mostly to tourists, although...

Host

This home is managed by Burghesius

This home is managed by a business on behalf of its owner. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Burghesius is led by sister Lavinia and brother Gregorio Borghese. Starting a business with a sibling might seem bold — but for us, it felt natural. Together, we set out to create something genuinely different: a new standard of luxury. From Rome, to Tuscany, and beyond. With years of experience in hospitality and property management, we understood that the modern traveller seeks more than a place to stay. They seek a feeling, a rhythm, a home that blends comfort, character, and discretion.
