Sitting right on the water in Hyannis Harbor, this Cape Cod retreat is built for groups who want space without sacrificing scenery. Cathedral ceilings draw light deep into the main home, while the waterfront terrace and deck make it easy to lose track of the hours as the sun drops over the bay. A separate guest cottage adds flexibility for larger families or mixed groups. Veteran's Beach and Kalmus Beach are right around the corner, with beach parking passes and towels included – so the only real decision is how early you head out in the morning.

The accommodation here is set across the main house, which has five bedrooms, and a separate three-bedroom guest house.
The guest cottage is closed outside of peak summer months, so if you're visiting between October and late May you'll be in the main home only – and a three-night minimum applies during that period.
There are two bedrooms here that work best for children. Bedroom five has three single beds, while bedroom seven in the guest house has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
Your host includes two beach parking passes with the stay, which cover two cars at the nearby beaches. If you're arriving with more vehicles, you'll want to check parking arrangements in advance.
