Tucked among mature trees in West Chatham, this house is built for a proper Cape Cod summer. The backyard is the heart of it – a heated saltwater pool and spa, an outdoor shower, and plenty of room to lounge or eat alfresco. When the sun goes down, the lower level comes into its own with a fitness area, ping-pong table, and a large media and games space. Hardings Beach and Ridgevale Beach on Nantucket Sound are a short drive away, as is Chatham Lighthouse, thirteen-minutes down the road.

The pool and spa are heated and open from 16th May to 3rd October – if your trip falls outside those dates, you won't have access to either.
The swimming pool isn't fenced.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.

At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the second bedroom.
