A heated saltwater pool sits within a fenced yard, surrounded by woodland and an expansive patio where a stone fire pit and shaded dining area make evenings hard to leave. While the living spaces and bedrooms are on the ground floor here, you'll need to take the stairs to the lower level to reach the family room, which means it might not be easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
The outdoor shower is not enclosed, so you'll be rinsing off in the open air – fine for a quick beach rinse, but worth knowing if privacy matters to you.
During peak season, town beaches require a parking sticker. A beach pass is included with this home, but it is issued per vehicle and cannot be transferred between cars – so if your group is arriving in more than one vehicle, you'll need to plan accordingly.
