Perched on the edge of Town Cove in Eastham, this waterfront home puts Cape Cod's coastal rhythms right outside the door. The living area looks out over the cove toward Nauset Beach, and that same view greets you each morning from the water-facing main bedroom. Outside, a deck made for long meals and lingering sunsets is backed up by a hot tub, fire pit, and barbecue. Three kayaks and two paddleboards sit waiting at the private dock – paddle out, explore the cove, and return whenever you're ready.

Home truths
This home comprises a three-bedroom main house and a one-bedroom guest apartment. The apartment is accessed through a separate entrance rather than from inside the main home, so groups using both spaces will be moving between them outdoors.
The hot tub is only operational between Memorial Day and Columbus Day, so if you're visiting outside that window you won't be able to use it.
You're a few minutes' drive from the restaurants, shops, and trails in Orleans Village – having a car will make exploring the area much easier.
While this home can accommodate two additional guests on the sofa bed, the maximum occupancy is eight guests.
