During peak hours at Brewster's town beaches, you'll need a parking sticker to use the beach car parks. You can pick up a weekly pass from the town offices or pay per visit – passes are issued by vehicle and are not transferable. As this home is within easy walking distance of Breakwater Beach, you may not need one at all for day trips to the bay.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
