Two separate houses spread across more than an acre of Chatham give groups the rare combination of shared space and real privacy. Summer days centre on the heated pool and hot tub, with a stone patio built for long afternoons – lounge seating, outdoor dining, a fire table, and grills all within arm's reach. The second residence adds vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and an elevated deck overlooking woodland. When you're ready to venture out, Oyster Pond Beach and Lighthouse Beach are each within a fifteen-minute walk, and Chatham Village is easily bikeable from the door.

Home truths
The accommodation here is set across the main house, which has three bedrooms, and a separate pool house. The pool house has a bedroom with four single beds, plus an additional super-king bed in the loft space.
The pool is open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day weekend – if you're visiting outside that window, you won't be able to use the pool or hot tub. Plan your trip accordingly if swimming is a priority.
During peak summer hours, town beach parking requires a sticker. Since Oyster Pond Beach and Lighthouse Beach are both within a fifteen-minute walk, we recommend leaving the car behind and heading on foot.
