Crow's Pond is the constant companion here – visible from the kitchen, the living spaces, and the main suite's balcony, where you can watch the water shift through the day. The second-floor suite adds a spa-inspired bathroom to that view, while downstairs a games room with a billiards table and wet bar gives evenings their own pull. Two private beaches are within walking distance, and a shared deep-water dock sits directly across the street, making this an easy base for anyone arriving by boat or simply keen to spend as much time on the water as possible.

Home truths
The shared deep-water dock is across the street rather than a private jetty – it's a neighbourhood facility, so plan accordingly if you're bringing a boat or hoping for sole use of the moorings.
The Crow's Pond beach is directly across the street, while the Pleasant Bay beach is about an eight-minute walk – you won't need a car for either. That said, during peak hours at town beaches a parking sticker is required, so factor that in if you're planning to drive to other beaches in the area.
One of the bedrooms has two single-over-double bunk beds that can sleep up to six people – we think it might be best suited to children.
