Set on Stage Island in Chatham, this cottage is built around a heated saltwater pool on a flagstone patio – the natural centre for long summer afternoons. A screened porch and elevated deck look out towards Chatham Harbor, while a fire pit and gas barbecue make evenings outdoors nice and easy. Inside, the kitchen's vaulted ceilings and exposed beams mean rainy days have plenty of charm of their own. When adventure calls, kayaks, boogie boards, and beach chairs are ready to go, and Chatham Lighthouse is a twenty-six-minute walk away.
