Set on a generous private lot in Brewster, this five-bedroom Cape Cod house has a four-minute walk to a private sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay – no parking pass, no fuss. The heated pool runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day, surrounded by hardscape for lounging, while a deck with a retractable awning is ready for alfresco meals and barbecues. Come evening, a wood-burning fire pit draws everyone out to the backyard. Beach chairs, towels, and a lobster pot are all provided – so you can arrive and get straight to the good part.
