Five en-suite bedrooms spread across a well-considered layout, with a separate staircase leading younger guests to their own twin-bed hideaway – a detail families will appreciate. Outside, a heated saltwater pool and fire pit make evenings easy, while sunloungers and beach gear are ready for coast days. A games room, upstairs lounge with bar, and a gourmet kitchen mean there's no shortage of ways to fill the hours. Red River Beach and downtown Chatham's dining are a ten-minute drive away.

For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
The fifth bedroom has twin beds along with two pull-out trundle beds, sleeping up to four people in total. We think this room works best for children.
The heated saltwater pool is only open from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend – if you're visiting outside that window, you won't be able to use it.
