Built in 1856 for Sea Captain Russell Marston, this Victorian manor in the Centerville Historic District carries real history – a rooftop cupola, hardwood floors, and formal rooms that feel made for a gathering of twenty. Outside, a heated pool with resort-style lounge and a stone courtyard with a gas fire pit give you two very different ways to spend an evening. Over an acre of landscaped grounds holds a pickleball court, basketball hoop, and room to roam, while a king suite with its own exterior entrance offers a quieter retreat from the main house.
