Set on one acre just across from Wychmere Harbor, this Harwich Port estate was made for big Cape Cod summers. The heated saltwater pool anchors the outdoor space, surrounded by sun loungers, a hot tub, and a lush lawn with room for everyone to spread out. Inside, a dedicated games room and generous living areas keep large groups comfortable whatever the weather. Harwich Port village is seven minutes on foot, Merkel Beach on Nantucket Sound is a ten-minute walk, and ferry crossings to Nantucket leave from nearby Saquatucket Harbor.

One of the bedrooms sleeps four people in a king-size bed, a single bed, and a pull-out single bed.
The home spans multiple levels – a lower level, main level, and second floor – so you'll be moving between floors regularly during your stay. If anyone in your group has mobility considerations, it's worth discussing the layout with your host before booking.
The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Columbus Day weekend only, so if you're visiting outside that window you won't be able to use it.
If you're driving to the local beaches, note that parking at town beaches during peak hours requires a sticker.
