A three-minute walk from Breakwater Beach, this Brewster villa is built for long, unhurried summer days. The heated saltwater pool and hot tub sit at the heart of things – ringed by a stone patio where a fire pit and gas grill keep evenings going well after sunset. Nearly an acre and a half of lawn gives everyone room to breathe, while the separate guest house adds privacy for larger groups. Paddle boards, boogie boards, and beach chairs are ready to grab on the way out the door, and the Brewster Store is an eight-minute walk away.

For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on trundle beds alongside two single beds in the fifth bedroom.
The guest house has its own kitchen and living area separate from the main residence, which is great for larger groups wanting some independence.
The swimming pool isn't fenced.
