Spread across 1.3 waterfront acres on Town Cove, this Orleans estate is built for groups who want room to breathe. Three separate residences – the main house, carriage house, and guest house – mean everyone can gather or find their own corner, and the grounds tie it all together with a heated pool, fire pit, and a lawn that runs straight down to the water. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards come with the stay, and the guest house adds its own hot tub with views over the Cove. Nauset Beach is less than a five-minute drive away.

The accommodation here is set across the main house, which has five bedrooms, a two-bedroom carriage house, and a three-bedroom guest house.
One of the guest house bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people, plus a single bed and additional pull-out single. We think this room works best for children.
The heated pool is open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day only – if you're visiting outside that window, you won't have access to it.
