This is a stunning 2-storey, 4-room apartment in the Solidor district, with an excellent location that's both central and quiet. Just 50m from the beach and sea, this cosy apartment boasts a marvellous view of the sea. It's fully renovated with modern furnishings and electric shutters. The large living/dining room has a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and ample space to relax. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There are three bedrooms: one large room with a French bed, hand-basin, shower, and electric shutters; two rooms each with two beds and electric shutters. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, baby cot, hairdryer, heating system, boiler, and free wi-fi. Please note that this property is non-smoking only.
