This cosy first-floor apartment in Zambratija offers a peaceful setting just outside Umag. Inside, there’s a bright living and dining area with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen and a private terrace with distant sea views. The shared garden includes a seasonal pool and outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after the beach. From here, it’s only 1km to the coast, with pebble and rocky beaches nearby, plus shops and restaurants within easy reach. The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
The second bedroom is compact. However, it has everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep.
Final cleaning is included, but guests are expected to do a basic tidy-up before leaving.
