This tastefully furnished 2-room apartment is located on the 7th floor of an apartment complex in Canet Sud, just 50 metres from the beach. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2022 and features a spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and fan, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen with cooking island. The bedroom has a French bed and also offers access to the large terrace with east-facing views of the sea. Other amenities include a shower, separate toilet, iron, hair dryer, and WiFi (extra charge). The complex offers a lift and reserved parking space (n 261). Nearby attractions include Perpignan, Collioure, Banyuls, and Spain.
