This charming 2-storey house in the heart of Cancale offers an excellent location just 500m from the sea and the beach. The property has been fully renovated and tastefully furnished with beautiful decor throughout. The large living/dining room features a flat-screen TV, while the open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and electric coffee machine. There are three cosy bedrooms, one of which has a panoramic window with a French bed and an en-suite shower. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a French bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. Guests can enjoy the lovely terrace with outdoor furniture for dining al fresco. A reserved parking spot is provided for one car. Nearby attractions include Saint Malo intramuros, Le grand aquarium de St Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Dol de Bretagne and Le Mont St Michel.
