This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, your host will place fans in each bedroom – let them know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
The home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can be set up for two guests – please let your host know when you book if you would like it prepared.
There is now a bunk bed in the second bedroom. The lower bunk is a small double and the upper bunk is a single – new photos will be added soon.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
If your check in is within 24-72 hours then the check-in time cannot be guaranteed.
It's worth noting that the mattresses here are on the softer side.

Tree-lined terraces of very enviable Georgian townhouses, amazing restaurants, coffeeshops, and gastropubs, it's not hard to see why Islington is so popular with affluent media types. It's very well connected (ten minutes on the Victoria Line to Oxford Circus) and it's got a wonderfully residential feel - almost totally tourist free for some strange reason.
