You’ll find this well-placed apartment just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Leamington Spa with all of its chic boutiques, restaurants and bars. Other attractions nearby include Warwick Castle and Stratford-Upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare (Leamington Spa railway station is 2 miles away). If you’re arriving by car, there’s private parking for one car here, but we’d say don’t pack heavy bags, as there’s no lift and the apartment is on the second and third floors. This modern and spotless home with both bedrooms en-suite, is up in the eaves too, so there may be some limited head height if you’re on the taller side.
