From here, spend your days hiking through fields or fishing in the nearby lakes (available on request). It’s also just a short drive to Blenheim Palace at Woodstock, while the River Cherwell is also within easy reach – perfect for kayaking or canoeing.

Please note this home is located within the grounds of a farm which also has a caravan site 500 yards from the house.
This home is spread across three floors. Please also note the bedrooms in the attic have low ceilings.
A weekly linen change is included if your stay is longer than ten nights.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a complimentary welcome pack with basic essentials to get you started. There is also a small grocery shop located on the farm.
One well-behaved dog is welcome here – two pets may be allowed on request.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
There is free private parking for up to three cars. No commercial vehicles or minibuses are allowed on site.
