Situated in the centre of Marbella, this apartment is just a short walk from the beach and the seafront promenade. You’ll also be close to the many shops and local restaurants. The pad has access to a communal swimming pool and a private terrace for alfresco meals. While we love the no-fuss design here, bear in mind that this is a holiday rental, so it may lack the distinctive charm of some of our other homes.

Home truths
There's no on-site parking at this home. Finding public parking can be tricky, especially on the weekends.
The use of the swimming pool is shared with the building's other residents. The pool along with the sunbathing area is open between April and October.
This home was purpose-built for rentals, so it's not the most soulful or charming space.
You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started.
