Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Blending elements of Nordic minimalism with a few industrial elements, this is a home that knows a little can go a long way. The mostly white colour scheme lets all the small design elements express themselves well, while enlarging the space with the abundance of natural light. We loved the wire art pieces around this home and the minimalist kitchen.

Home truths

This home is located in a vibrant area, so noise at night is to be expected.

There are three steps that lead to the elevator – no step-free access unfortunately.

The pillows in the second bedroom might not be to everyone's taste.

The second bedroom only has two small windows.

There's no oven in the kitchen – something to keep in mind if you love to cook.

Unfortunately, we don't have a picture of the second bathroom.

The wine glasses here are plastic.

The sofa is not the most comfortable to lounge and relax on.

Expect to see some signs of general wear and tear here.

About Opera y Palacio Real

The small neighbourhood of Opera y Palacio Real sits next to the Royal Palace and its grand squares with manicured gardens. It’s also home to El Teatro Royal, the grand opera house. This part of town has an abundance of space and is far less busy than other parts of central Madrid – the calmness of the area makes it popular with families. You’ll find high-end local shops to peruse, as well as excellent restaurants, in this refined and sedate neighbourhood.
