Dating back to the 11th-century, this watchtower is just as striking as its surroundings. Overlooking the Sibillini Mountains, you can admire the sweeping views while soaking in the hot tub or swimming in the pool. There is also an amphitheatre, beautiful gardens and a terrace with a barbecue – perfect for alfresco dining. Inside, the rooms unfold across two apartments and offer a unique sense of character. It’s worth noting there are a number of steps here so this may not be the best option for young children, but it’s the perfect setting for an adults-only escape. From here, you can follow hiking trails straight from the door, take the short drive to Amandola or adventure further afield towards the Adriatic coast.

This home consists of two separate apartments spread across three floors.
At full occupancy two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in apartment one.
Due to the many steep steps and terraced levels, this home may not be suitable for young children or guests with reduced mobility.
Babies are welcome here and your host can provide a cot and high chair for free on request.
Please note the fireplace is decorative.
The swimming pool is only available for use between April and October.
Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you here with prior approval from the host.
