It’s in a quiet residential area, with a supermarket, restaurant and bar all under a kilometre away and the buzzing coastal town of San Teodoro just 12 kilometres away. Within the enclosed garden, there’s a private pool and a shaded dining spot for long lunches outside. The rooftop sun terrace boasts views of the crystal-clear sea.
