This Sardinian villa is all about views of the turquoise sea. Mediterranean gardens lead down to the swimming pool and water’s edge where you can paddle in the rocky shallows. A short walk away, you’ll find sandy beaches and Villasimius' pretty marina. You’ve got uninterrupted views of the horizon from a covered terrace and from the open-plan living-dining room – the hanging fireplace and Moroccan-style seating make this a fab spot for socialising. Then when it comes to hitting the hay, bedrooms are split between the main villa and two separate apartments each with its own kitchenette and additional single rooms for children.

This home is composed of a main villa and two separate apartments. There are stairs throughout so it may not suit those with limited mobility.
The apartments both come with two additional small single bedrooms which would best suit children. There is an additional bedroom in the main villa that is designed for staff.
Pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and maintenance requirements. The cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
Having a car is recommended and there is covered parking for up to six cars and room for four cars outside.
