Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

This home's greatest strength is easy to spot – it towers above the neighbouring roofs and offers some of the best views of Alfama and the nearby fortress. But there are more things to love about this cosy castle-dwelling. To start with, it's small without feeling claustrophobic – with an adorable kitchen and a little balcony right next to it, The Castle Keep has a good number of distinct hangout spots for a small space. Its eclectic bohemian vibe will make you feel right at home and provide you with an excellent base to explore the city.

About Graça

Graça is the highest point of Lisbon's seven hills, sitting just above the beautiful Alfama. You’ll find some of the best views of the city in this neighbourhood. Wind your way slowly up and down the cobbled streets, pausing at viewpoints to take in the pastel-painted walls of Alfama. The downside to the incredible views is the steepness of Graça – we advise taking it steady and calling in to local bars and restaurants for regular energy-boosts. As the sun sets over Lisbon, you’ll find your efforts in finding the perfect terrace worthwhile.
