This elegant villa is in the pretty Istrian village of Vabriga, just 2 kilometres from the beach. The outside space is focused around the private swimming pool and the terrace. You’ll have an alfresco dining area with a barbecue to enjoy, and a balcony with views of the Adriatic Sea that’s a great spot for sunbathing. Inside, you’re greeted by a grand marble staircase and chandeliers – this home is sure to impress. You'll even have access to a nearby hotel's facilities.

While we don’t have photos of the kitchen or every bedroom or bathroom, we expect the style and standard to be consistent with the rest of the home.
You’ll have access to a nearby hotel complex and its beaches and children’s entertainment.
There’s one ground-floor en-suite bedroom at this home, but the other bedrooms are only accessible via a staircase.
The kitchen is on the smaller side.
The pool is open from May to November. The pool is cleaned and the garden is maintained once a week.
