With its high ceilings and large sunny garden, there’s a relaxed feel to this apartment. Ideal for travellers looking to explore the city sights, this lovely home is also close to the beach. Head out in the morning to explore the charming streets surrounding hectic Allenby Street – you’ll find cafes and restaurants aplenty in this lively part of Tel Aviv. After a breakfast of freshly baked bread, cakes and coffee, you can begin your adventure. Walk seven minutes to the Camel Market to awaken your senses. This bustling spot is the perfect introduction to the city – why not book a food tour to get the most out of it? With your bellies full, meander over to the iconic Rothschild Boulevard. It’s a seventeen-minute stroll from the apartment, and an architectural delight. Wander along taking in the cultural hotspots and picking out restaurants for dinner – this is a city for food-lovers. For fashion boutiques and high-end design, spend some time in Neve Tsedek – it’s a nineteen-minute walk from your home base. For those lower-energy days, you’ll want to head to the beach. You can be there in a blissful five minutes, soaking up the sun and splashing... in the surf. After busy days spent exploring the city, you’ll be grateful to have this apartment to return to. The Bauhaus building dates back to 1923 but has been brought right up to date and is now a sunny centre of peace and quiet, right in the city. The vast bay window looks out onto the garden, where you can sip iced coffee in the early evening. This home has everything you need for a memorable city break.

Local guide
About Kerem Hateimanim
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
