Granted, the traditional interiors may not be everyone’s cup of tea, and there’s no air conditioning here – but the outdoor space is sure to be a popular spot with all and the private pool is the perfect place to cool off. If you’re not lounging on the sun-kissed terraces or enjoying an alfresco meal, there’s lots to explore locally. Here, you’re ideally based for visits to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano – though don’t overlook Greve, a vibrant small town a picturesque twenty-minute drive away.

The main bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
Three bedrooms can be set up as doubles or twins on request.
