Tuscan Treasure Trove

This Tuscan stone villa is bursting with rustic charm. Between the sprawling gardens and the roomy interior, there's plenty of space here for large groups to feel at home. Sunny days call for drinks by the pool, dips in the hot tub, and dinners under the wisteria-covered pergola – why not fire up the barbecue or outdoor pizza oven? The design may be dated indoors, but the antique furniture and traditional features give the place character. Even better is the home cinema, where the whole family can watch movies together. Location-wise, the village of Pergine Valdarno is only 500m away. You're also conveniently situated for day trips to Arezzo, Siena, and Florence.

About Val di Chiana

Situated in the southeast of Tuscany, stretching all the way from Arezzo to the province of Orvieto in Umbria, Val di Chiana is a patchwork of olive groves, grassy plains and thick forests. Ochre villages and towns fleck the landscape – Montepulciano is a particular favourite, famed for its Vino Nobile wine that pairs perfectly with a plate of Tuscan wild boar pasta.
