Ask the host anything
Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This cosy apartment offers breathtaking panoramas of Tuscany's forest-covered hills. The interiors ooze Tuscan character and rustic romance, but the scenery is what takes centre stage. You'll have access to a communal swimming pool and a shared terrace, as well as a private balcony ideal for sundowners. Location-wise, you'll be based in the tiny hamlet of Brandeglio – so small there aren't any amenities – though Bagni di Lucca is about 10 kilometres away, and historic Lucca is an hour by car. If you ask us, the remote location is part of the charm. After all, you can't get views like this anywhere else.

Home truths
The swimming pool, large terrace, and laundry room are all shared with guests in the other apartments.
Two single sofa beds may be available on request – ask your host for more information.
The communal pool is open from May to September. It's not heated, and due to the hilly location, the water can be quite cool even in summer. Please note that there are steps to reach it.
There aren't any amenities in the village, but Bagni di Lucca is a 10km drive away. Parking is provided in a public lot, though it's quite a long walk from the apartment.
Your host can provide a free cot and high chair upon request.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
The wi-fi can be patchy, so we wouldn't suggest this as a base to work from home.
