Set within the Tuscan countryside yet within easy reach of the coast, this home serves up the best of both worlds. Inside, you’ll find a blend of traditional and modern, and there’s plenty of space for extended families or a group of friends to spread out here. Granted, there’s no air conditioning, so it could get a little warm during the summer months. Our advice? Make the most of the Mediterranean garden, and in particular, that refreshing private pool. Outdoors also boasts alfresco dining opportunities and shady snoozing spots, and when you’re keen to explore locally, Bagno di Gavorrano is a mere ten-minute drive away.

There's no air conditioning available here. It could get a little hot during the summer.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
The swimming pool, open between May and September, isn't fenced. If you're bringing children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
The second bedroom has a single bed, and two further single beds on the mezzanine area. Privacy is limited, so this may be best suited to families.
The third bedroom can be set up as a double or twin on request.
