This unique villa is set on a racehorse breeding farm between Siena and Arezzo in the heart of the Tuscan hills. With the village of Pietraviva within walking distance, guests needn't go far to catch a glimpse of the authentic Italian countryside lifestyle here. On the estate, you'll find two communal swimming pools alongside a wellness centre featuring a sauna, Turkish steam bath and jacuzzi. There's no better set-up for home-cooked meals than the alfresco dining area and an outdoor kitchen equipped with an authentic Italian pizza oven. Meanwhile, strolling around the grounds overlooking the surrounding hills will be just as appealing as venturing out to discover the local wineries and neighbouring Tuscan villages.

There are two swimming pools here. The first pool is open between mid-May to mid-October, and the second pool is open from June to September.
