Facing the green pastures of the Val di Cecina, this family-friendly home invites you to reconnect with the great outdoors. Centered around a seasonal pool, the garden is dotted with spots to sunbathe, dine, and relax. Though there's an unpaved road to enter and low ceilings in the en-suites, it's a small price to pay for a likely encounter with Tuscany's fallow deer and hares during your walks. A car is needed to reach Chianni's amenities, but we recommend driving 10 kilometers to Lajatico, Andrea Bocelli's hometown.

The swimming pool is only available for use between May and October, weather permitting. You'll be provided with pool towels to use during your stay.
The ceilings in the en-suite bathrooms are low. It might not be suitable for taller guests.
There’s free private parking here for up to three cars. Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Please note that the road leading to this home is unpaved.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
