A traditional fisherman’s cottage with a stylish 21st-century twist, this home in Dartmouth is all set to make your family break a relaxing one. Laid over two floors, you’ll find a bunk bed room that’s perfect for little ones, while the living area downstairs is a vision of cosiness, perfect for gathering altogether after a day exploring the sights. It’s a compact home so we recommend packing light, and you’ll struggle to fit everyone around the small dining table for meals at home. But with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to local fare.

Home truths
This home is laid out over two floors with steep internal stairs between them. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor.
We think the bunkbed is best suited to children. We recommend a maximum of two adult guests here.
You may hear some noise from the neighbours and the street outside.
There's not enough seating around the dining table for all guests at capacity. You'll find plenty of restaurants nearby, however.
This home is short on wardrobe space, so we'd recommend packing light.
