Nestled in between the beach and Dizengoff Street, Cantaloupe is within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and cultural attractions. While it isn’t our most characterful home, it makes for a comfortable base. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped for cooking. And it also comes with lovely leafy views.

Home truths

We didn’t find a home manual when we visited

As there are no windows in the bathroom, there’s very little natural ventilation

While it sleeps six guests, two of them would be on a sofa bed in the living room

The decor is slightly lacking in character – some of the art is very generic

We found a couple of fake plants – this might not be to everyone’s taste
