Direct access to Tonto National Forest makes it easy to explore the surrounding trails, while four bedrooms and step-free access make the layout well suited to a variety of groups. Pets are also welcome, whether you're travelling with family or friends.

Home truths
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the horse stables and barn.
Wi-fi can be patchy given the remote desert setting, so factor that in if you plan to work remotely or stream regularly.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a pack 'n' play cot, and a high chair is available on request with at least twenty-four hours' notice. You'll need to flag both in advance.
The backyard fire pit is not operable at the moment due to state-mandated fire restrictions.
There's free parking for up to seven cars on the driveway.
The pool is not heated, so it's best enjoyed on the warmer desert days.
You can expect pool maintenance visits on Monday and Friday afternoons, and a pest control and landscaping visit on the first Thursday of each month.
