When you're ready to venture out, Getty Villa is a twelve-minute drive and Zuma Beach's famous surf is twenty minutes away – though leaving may take some convincing.

The home sits in a designated burn zone, and there is ongoing construction in the surrounding area – including roadworks directly in front of the home – which may affect traffic on the Pacific Coast Highway.
Parking is available for up to three cars – one in the garage and two on the driveway. The driveway sits directly off the Pacific Coast Highway, where traffic moves fast, so take extra care when pulling in and out.
The elevator is not operational, so you'll be using the stairs to move between floors during your stay.
None of the fireplaces in the home are operational, so they're decorative only.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and high chair. Request them in advance to make sure they're ready on arrival.
