The air conditioning unit is currently out of order, so you won't have climate control during your stay. Ceiling fans are available, but pack accordingly if you're visiting in warmer months.
There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
This is the top apartment of a two-unit building, so there's a neighbouring apartment downstairs. It's a relaxed setup, but worth knowing if you're after a fully standalone home.

There are two allocated parking spots, but they only suit smaller vehicles – if you're arriving in an SUV or larger car, your vehicle may not fit and you could risk a fine.
