This home comprises two self-contained apartments.
At full occupancy, you'll need to make use of three rollaway beds here. We think they're best suited to children.
Bedroom seven sleeps four people in a super-king, single, and pull-out single, and bedroom nine sleeps four people in two bunk beds. We think these rooms are best suited to children.
The lift in the building is available for your use, but children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult when using it.
This is a noise-sensitive neighbourhood with strict quiet hours between 9pm and 8am, and no exterior amplified music is permitted at any time. It's best suited to quieter groups.
Parking on site fits two mid-sized vehicles in the driveway, though there is no garage access. Additional street parking is available nearby.
