Step straight from the wraparound timber deck onto the sand – this Folly Beach house sits directly on the shore, with a private staircase leading down to the Atlantic and a pool on the lower deck for when you want the water without the waves. Inside, vaulted beamed ceilings and ocean views from nearly every window keep the beach firmly in frame, while a games room with a full bar gives the group somewhere to land after dark. When you're ready to explore, Folly Beach Pier is a twenty-minute walk, and the iconic Morris Island Lighthouse is an eight-minute drive.

You'll need to be able to manage stairs here – it may not suit guests with reduced mobility.
From May to October, nesting sea turtles may be present on local beaches. During this period, outdoor lights must be switched off and blinds closed from 10pm until dawn.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
While the home can sleep up to eighteen people, the maximum occupancy is fourteen guests.
Beyond the six main bedrooms, there are two extra sleeping spaces – a loft with a twin trundle and a bonus room with a twin bunk bed.
Events are strictly not allowed at this home.
Early check-in and late check-out aren't available from May to September.
Beach towels and beach gear, including chairs and toys, aren't provided. However, stays of 4 to 28 nights include a $250 beach gear rental credit, which you can use to reserve equipment after booking.
