Perched on a hillside in Solamere, Lower Deer Valley, this home looks directly across to Deer Valley Resort's ski runs – a view you'll wake up to from the main bedroom and return to every evening from the upper deck. The kitchen is built for serious cooking, with a Viking range, a six-seat island, and a butler's pantry standing by for big-group dinners. After the slopes, the lower level draws you in with a pool table, wet bar, fireplace, and a hot tub where snow-dusted peaks stretch out ahead.

At full occupancy, you'll need to make use of two rollaway beds here. We think they're best suited to children.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. One of the two garage spaces is reserved for the host's personal vehicle, so only one covered spot is available to guests. There is additional driveway parking, but street parking is not permitted and vehicles may be towed.
Air conditioning is only available on the main and upper levels of the villa – the lower level, which includes several bedrooms, the media room, and the games area, has none.
If you're visiting in summer, be aware that construction activity is common across Park City during those months, with work permitted between 7am and 9pm nearby.
