Home truths
Air conditioning is only available on the top floor, so the lower levels rely on natural ventilation and ceiling fans. If you're visiting in warmer months and plan to sleep on a lower floor, it's worth packing light layers for the cooler mountain nights.
Park City is an active construction town in summer, with work permitted between 7am and 9pm on surrounding streets. It's worth keeping in mind if you're a light sleeper or planning leisurely mornings.
You'll need to be able to climb stairs to get around the home.
