Air conditioning is only available on the second floor – the rest of the home relies on ceiling fans. If you're staying in summer, it's worth bearing in mind when choosing which bedrooms to assign.
The home sits in a neighbourhood with a strict noise ordinance – quiet hours run from 9pm to 8am, and no exterior amplified music is permitted at any time. It's a good fit for relaxed groups, but not the right choice if you're planning a lively late-night gathering.
